Unlocking Human Meaning
The LaChiave Method
An observation model spanning mind, heart, body, context and identity. From fragmentation to a path of transformation, in three phases.
What is The LaChiave Method
The LaChiave Method is an observational framework that integrates five dimensions — mind, heart, body, context and identity — in a cyclical three-phase process. It exists to accompany each individual from fragmentation to reconnection, through immersive field experiences and digital continuity.
The 1+3+1 Observation Model
Five interconnected dimensions on three levels, from contextual base to the emergence of identity
Identity
The deep sense of who we are, emergent result of the coherence and integration of the preceding dimensions.
Mind
Cognition, critical thinking, sensemaking
Heart
Emotions, relationships, values
Body
Sensations, movement, self-regulation
Context
The environmental, cultural, technological and relational conditions that influence the individual. The ground on which everything is built.

Assessment
Before you leave we ask you to fill in a questionnaire to get to know yourself better and take a snapshot of where you are right now. It is not a test or an assessment: it is a quiet space to stop and listen. A way to focus the intentions with which you set off, in search of your personal Key.
The Reconnection Week
The heart of the method. Total immersion in a protected environment, with activities that work on all dimensions. Choose from one to several consecutive weeks to deepen your journey.
After the week — Continuity
Coming home doesn't interrupt what you started. You receive follow-up resources and access to a community to keep tending to what emerged, alongside the other participants.
